SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING COVID-19

All classes are cancelled on 6/29/20 and 6/30/20.

All underlined classes are included as part of your membership.  Indoor Cycling classes and fitness camps are an additional cost:  Cycling classes are $5 per class for members. (*Drop-in cycling is $10 for non-members.)  Discount punch cards (10 classes) $30 for members, and $60 for non-members.  Register up to 1 week in advance.  Currently, signs ups can only be completed by contacting the front desk or emailing Kellie directly at Kellie@montefitnesscenter.com.  12 hour cancellation required if you are unable to make it to class.

Cycle Max-tra:

Location: The MFC Loft

This high energy cycling class is a fun, energetic, & cardio workout.  Going at your own pace, you will experience a highly efficient, total body workout that uses a calculated mixture of cardio & strength training to optimize weight loss & muscle toning.  This class is ALL on the bikes!

Cycle Fusion: 

$5 FOR MEMBERS

Location: The MFC Loft

This class will be a fresh take on total body sculpting and conditioning. You will enjoy a variety of small muscle sculpting, paired with large muscle strength training. Every class will be different! The on/off set will mix up each class, as well as the class focus. You will love this new fresh option for your fitness routine!

Location: Studio

This is a total body resistance training workout, designed to tone and firm virtually every muscle group in the body.  It's a great wya to burn calories, lose inches, strengthen, and tone your entire body.

Location: Loft

This class is designed for our active older population.  Enjoy getting comfortable with cycling, as well as some lighter off the bike exercises.  You will love the fun music and energetic atmosphere!  If you are unsure about cycling, this is a great place to start.

Outdoor HIIT:

Location: Outdoors

NEW CLASS!!! If you miss fitness camps, you will LOVE this class. Classes will be outdoors and designed with a variety of High Intensity Interval Training exercises. Social distancing, for COVID-19, will also be designed into this class. Each class will be 45 mins long and as always you take it at your own pace.
