Velocity is our moderate level fitness camp, taking the basic skills of fitness, increasing the intensity, & creating new challenges for the body! There is no pre-requisite for this camp; however, please understand the design is for individuals who already work-out at least 3-4 days a week.

You MUST get approval with the instructor before participating in this camp!!! We want to make sure everyone who signs up understands that this camp is designed for the INTENSELY physical population... individuals who already work-out 5-6 days a week at a high intensity!
