•You are not sure where to start your journey toward a healthy and fit lifestyle, yet you know a 'jump start' is needed.
•By the end of 6 weeks, you will be able to run a short distance; however, you are starting camp at a VERY beginner level.

•You want a challenge and an opportunity to get in fantastic shape; however, you have been told that running is NO LONGER an option for you!
•You have medical restrictions that prohibit you from running.
(for example: severe knee problems)

•You have a basic fitness level; however, are looking for a jump start and a stronger fitness foundation

•If you are a 1st timer, you must fill out a fitness questionnaire before signing up for this level
•Expectations are high and there are qualification requirements.
•Designed for those individuals who have a high fitness level and want a fast moving, extremely intense, focused and fun workout
•4 days a week, for 4 weeks
Body Fat Testing and Food Journaling is no longer apart of the fit camp program. If you are interested in adding any of those services it will be a separate experience.

•Food Journal - (additional charge) includes a once a week review.
