What is Fit Camp?
Monte Fitness Center's Fit Camp is a four week, mostly outdoor, fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training-packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight to fit into that special dress, shed the extra pounds from a pregnancy or just get healthy and fit, this is the program for you!

Who can participate? YOU!
Men and Women of all fitness levels, sizes and ages are seeing amazing results with MFC Fit Camp! If you are looking to jump start your fitness program then this adventure is for you! Whether you are a beginner, and avid fitness enthusiast or just tired of the same routine, come try this new approach to exercise... fun! No matter what your CURRENT fitness level is, we will push you to achieve your peak performance!

Space is limited and the sessions fill up fast so you must reserve your spot! due to the programs popularity, you must reserve your spot by bringing in your full payment. There are no refunds.

Non-Members: $190

Which Fit Camp is right for me?

» Fit Camp Lite:
Signing up NOW!

•This is your 1st experience with fit camp.

•You are not sure where to start your journey toward a healthy and fit lifestyle, yet you know a 'jump start' is needed.

•By the end of 6 weeks, you will be able to run a short distance; however, you are starting camp at a VERY beginner level.

» Fit Camp Restricted:
Signing up NOW!

•This is probably not your 1st experience with fit camp.

•You want a challenge and an opportunity to get in fantastic shape; however, you have been told that running is NO LONGER an option for you! 

•You have medical restrictions that prohibit you from running.
(for example: severe knee problems)

» Beginner Basic Camp:
Signing up NOW!

•This is your 1st experience with fit camp.

•You have a basic fitness level; however, are looking for a jump start and a stronger fitness foundation

» Basic Amp Camp:
Signing up NOW!

•Repeat Fit Camper.

•You are capable of a faster pace and are looking for a challenging experience.

•If you are a 1st timer, you must fill out a fitness questionnaire before signing up for this level

» Summer Shred Camp:
Coming in April!

•Expectations are high and there are qualification requirements.

•Designed for those individuals who have a high fitness level and want a fast moving, extremely intense, focused and fun workout

•4 days a week, for 4 weeks

» Add-ons:

Body Fat Testing and Food Journaling is no longer apart of the fit camp program.  If you are interested in adding any of those services it will be a separate experience. 

•Body Fat Test - (additional charge) schedule at the front desk
 
•Food Journal - (additional charge) includes a once a week review.
